Missions Vision
Vision/MP7:
Mission Plan and Seven Priorities
- Prayer
- We are dependant and expectant in our relationship with the Lord of the Harvest! As we wait on Him and war with Him, we establish His Kingdom on earth. Passionate, prophetic prayer is the engine for all of our ministry. Prayer will initiate, permeate and culminate our forward mission thrust! Emphasis is on the corporate “harp and bowl” fiery format (Is. 56:7).
- Pioneer
- Like Paul, we are called to take the Gospel to regions beyond. We anticipate new fields, new opportunities and new anointing. We are a spearhead church, a breakthrough church. We desire to rightly lay apostolic/prophetic foundations and penetrate the dark places of earth. We will receive for the Lamb the treasures of darkness: the souls of men! (Is. 45:1-3).
- Partnership
- We believe in real relationships, and we purpose to forge strategic partnerships on the field and on the home front with like-minded nationals, missionaries and local churches. We will come along side and serve in the spirit of John 17:21. We will seek the “man of peace,” that apostolic leader who shares our DNA, and work toward creating multiplying models that will spawn church planting movements within that nation.
- Preparation
- We have cast our lot for the G12 discipleship wineskin. This is our chosen method of training and multiplying leaders. We seek to implement this vision on the harvest fields of earth and prepare five-fold cross cultural ministry in this vision. We are passionate and urgent in our call to reach the lost, but we will not release unprepared workers to the unreached fields in haste (Is. 49:2).
- Plant
- We are called to plant local churches worldwide. Our mission mandate is simple: “Win the lost and make disciples” (Mt. 28:18-20).
- Priority People Groups
- We have received and believe the mission revelation that our generation is called to reach the remaining 6,600 unreached people groups (UPG’s) worldwide. We will be practically involved in adopting, for church planting, those UPG’s the Lord directs us to and be actively involved in mobilizing others (Mt. 24:14).
- Power
- As we go forth preaching, we expect signs, wonders and miracles to be commonplace, everyplace (Mk. 16:15-20)! Like Paul, we are determined to preach the cross, dependent on the Holy Spirit, and expect the demonstration of God’s mighty power (1Cor. 2:2-4)!
