O U R F O C U S :
- Those CALLED, especially to five-fold ministry and Christian leadership in the church and marketplace. Each year, we anticipate adding a new second-year major.
- CHARISMA - dependency on the grace giftings and power of the Holy Spirit.
- CHARACTER - cultivating the inner, hidden virtue of Christ.
- COMPETENCY - excellence in academics, practical training, and ministry mentoring. Our desire is to train and send church planting teams to needy areas in the U.S. as well as pioneer missionaries to unreached peoples worldwide.

- A high regard for the local church: our tap root is an active, life-giving, cell-based church
- Prayer: prioritizing daily, corporate, and prophetic prayer among our students and staff as part of our curriculum
- Biblical teaching: inspirational impartation by a mature, fruitful, ministry faculty
- Practical internships: local church based and a global mission internship
- Reformation focus: raising up the next generation of government and marketplace leaders
- Multi-generational: training the young, as well as the young at heart!
- Great Completion mandate: expertise in unreached (ethnic) peoples. We house the ministries of: Adopt-A-People Clearinghouse - providing information and a global, relational database for the remaining 6,000 unreached people groups worldwide - and Living Stones Global Network (LSGN), our mission sending structure. Locally, we are focused on church planting among the 200 ethnic peoples in Chicago.
