New believers are added to the church through personal evangelism, weekend celebration church services, and monthly “net' meetings.
CONNECT
New believers and new members are both connected to the church through the connection process. Members of the connection team will assist the new believers or new members and help them find a weekly lifeGROUP meeting, and register them to attend one of our experiencing The CROSS Weekends. Following The CROSS weekend, they are encouraged to attend a ten-week new believers' class titled The CALL.
DISCIPLE
At the completion of The CALL class, the new disciple can enroll in the Spiritual Development Tract, which consists of two ten-week courses of study titled The CREED and The CODE.
SEND
As the disciple progresses through each level of their Spiritual Development, he or she may open their own lifeGROUP and begin the process of discipleing new believers and taking them through the steps of the discipleship process.
